Beer Thread

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

I have no opinion one way or the other. I'm not stepping into a pissing pot.

I saw that the first time, that's why I did not accuse you of ducking. Do you want a prize for admitting an obvious screw up?

Sorry, didn't mean to out you. :silent: ...
Huh? What outing have you supposedly done?
Wrong choice of words. I fail English

No. I have a prize. She should be here shortly. She'll take care of any screw-ups.

No problem. What kind of beer will you be buying?

Assuming "Colorade Kool-Aid" to be Coors, it's not a bad choice. Not like JTA's Bud Lite. I remember back when Coors was real (pre- Miller) and there was "only enough for the West." Coors lite, on the other hand, is indistinguishable from from the rest of the "lites" that are indistinguishable from a 1% mix of beer to fizzy swamp water.

Moron. You know UPS doesn't deliver that time of the night.

Yep, it's Coors gold can. Image
Light's not too bad for a cold drink on a hot afternoon if you're doing yard work or fishing. I've not indulged in carbonated swamp water.

For those times you might like a Leinie's Summer Shandy.

Name calling? And don't tell me what I know, I've had UPS deliveries as late as 10:30 pm. OK so what time did they deliver your blow-up doll? Or did you get one of those expensive silicone models. I've been told they understand the written word at about your level. Good to know you will almost understand.

I've had lite beer-drinking acquaintances refer to shandys as girl beer or worse. But Leinie makes a good one, indeed. I also like the Sam Adams Porch Rocker and Summer Ale, too.

So you received your dolly at 10:30 pm? It got there almost in time to be too late.

Or did you get one of those expensive silicone models.
Seems you're very knowledgeable about differing models; which model did your toy resemble?
Speaking of silicone, I'm betting yours was a Caitlyn Jenner look-alike? Nasty.

Who told you; Caitlyn?

About what? Blow-up dolls? I'll leave that to your expertise.

It is a bit girly, but very tasty under the right circumstances. I recently "discovered" hard cider, also. Not even real beer, but good. The one I got was Angry Orchard Crisp Apple http://angryorchard.com/

Problem is, it's got about the same alcohol as beer, but drinks more like lemonade. On a hot day, you could find yourself shit-faced pretty easily.

maybe I developed a taste for it during my struggling years, but my favorite cold beer during the summer is Miller High Life in bottles.
in colder months I usually go with a variety of local and generally dark beers

I like the Miller High Life 40's that come in plastic bottles you get at gas stations. That's my go to when I want the party to get started.

Redd's is also pretty good. The mango flavored one is my stuff.
