Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Here's a idea, have Hillary turn over her emails and the investigation would end. Never mind I am sure the hard drive is sitting on the bottom of the Indian Ocean.

No, no matter how many emails were turned over, they'd never believe it was all of them. Or they'd say she just created fake ones. That's the point of "remember Whitewater."

If all was turned over day one when asked there would be no questions, but when you hide things it creates doubt.
As far as whitewater didn't many get jailed for wrongdoing. Also in McDougal's book didn't she admit that she took the 5th was for fear, if she told the truth other heads would have rolled no doubt.

If you really believe that, I'll be happy to sell you some mountaintop land in Florida. If there had been no Benghazi incident, they would have thought up something else. If they didn't have the email issue, they'd think up something else. If you gave them total access to the server room, they'd say where are the rest, or claim they'd been cleaned, or that some were in the bottom of the ocean. Whatever.

Benghazi has been beaten to death. Mistakes were made, there was no evil intent, it's just despicable and unpatriotic exploitation of dead Americans for partisan gain when more diplomats killed on Dubya's watch.

I agree with Colonel Taylor re the emails. Whatever the legality, Hillary was/is in the wrong whether truly nefarious things are being hidden or not. Then, there are the Foundation's tax "mistakes" and the questionable donation overlaps with State Dept. activities. Greater attention to strict ethical standards and there wouldn't be as much to investigate and ponder.

Looks like the Benghazi Report is Imminent. Judging from this Letter from Gowdy to Cummings, it should be interesting.

Fear of the witch hunt. Two others had made a deal to implicate Clinton (or face jail for their own fraud.) Prosecutors also wanted to "get Clinton with a sex charge" before the 1996 election if she agreed to lie and say she had had an affair with Clinton." Contradicting them, however truthfully, would have gotten her charged with perjury.
She also writes that she feared the same fate as Julie Hiatt Steele, who had contradicted the testimony of White House aide Kathleen Willey: "Simply telling the truth cost Steele everything she had, almost landed her in jail [for perjury], and jeopardized her custody of her adopted son."
And so instead of the minimum security prison that her conviction would have earned in real life, she got sent to the worst maximum security hell-hole they could find on the other side of the country. Including 8 months in solitary confinement, and "diesel therapy".

House Benghazi panel settled lawsuit by ex-aide for $150,000

The House Benghazi committee used $150,000 in taxpayer money to settle a lawsuit filed by a former aide who alleged he was fired in part because he was not willing to focus his investigative work on Hillary Clinton, documents released Friday show.

Air Force Reserve Maj. Bradley Podliska also complained that the committee's leadership discriminated against him, because they were unhappy he had to leave work to perform military service during the panel's inquiry into the deadly 2012 attacks at U.S. facilities in Libya....
The Benghazi panel headed by Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C. had to cough up $150K because a patriot wanted it to be honest and needed to serve his country. Figures.
