Ummm, I believe maybe over half those people might have died to keep slavery, directly or indirectly. And I'm pretty sure there was a lot of thanks from the ones saved to the ones actually doing the saving - as well as quite a few black soldiers fighting for their own freedom and that of their families. Besides, if all those 620,000 opposed slavery, why were they even fighting?

At least it's an admission from (probably) some redneck that the war was over slavery.

I have no clue what you intended to link to, I got a captcha and a Facebook webpage to some wombat, Trump glorifying bunch of horseshit. I don't believe for one minute that Trump "found Jesus" as is claimed by the loons that elected him and swoon on his every word.
