Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Klan leaders charged after stabbing ahead of pro-Trump rally

Two leaders of the Ku Klux Klan group were set to appear in court on charges of stabbing a fellow white supremacist before a parade to celebrate Donald Trump's presidential election, a sheriff's official said.

William Hagen and Christopher Barker were arrested Saturday in Caswell County in the southeastern US state of North Carolina after allegedly stabbing Richard Dillon, a sheriff's official in the county said.

The official, who would not give his name, said on Tuesday the men had gotten into an argument with Dillon that turned violent.

Hagen has been identified as the leader, or "Grand Dragon," of the Loyal White Knights faction of the Klan in California. Barker is the founder, or "Imperial Wizard," of the Loyal White Knights in North Carolina.

Both were charged with assault with a deadly weapon after Dillon, who was stabbed in the chest, went to police.

The pair were scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.

The incident took place hours before the Klan held a "Trump victory parade" in Roxboro, North Carolina, during which participants shouted white power slogans.

Hagen was one of several Klan members involved in a "white lives matter" rally in February in Anaheim, California, that escalated into violence.

Trump's victory has been widely celebrated by white supremacist groups in the United States and former KKK leader David Duke has expressed support for the Republican president-elect....

"The true face of the Republican Party."

"I don't believe this for a minute! If these were really Trump supporters they wouldn't want the negative attention drawn to him...stop and think!
This has to be a paid deal to undermine the new incoming administration by the Obama /Clinton camps!"

As always, Seth Mr.B, your backpedaling is pretty lame. When you keep voicing one point of view and you keep posting others' political opinions that exclusively support that one point of view, it's fair to assume that you share that point of view.

I'm not Seth; no more than you're really Homerfobe; however that dancing thingy identifies you and you-know-who as possible clones. :oII

Since humor is not allowed due to your thin-skin, I suppose saying this was posted in humor is out of the question?
What do you care what the meme says anyway? None of it pertains to you; unless minding other people's business is your way of life.
Run down to the local Dollar General and get you a real life; they're on sale for Christmas.

I don't claim to know all. Just more than you do. But even then that's not saying much given your strict policy of willful pig-ignorance.

I'll say it again since you dance partners fail comprehension...
"I'll accept (pig ignorance), given the fact that pigs are highly social and intelligent animals, with an intelligence level that is 3 times that of the
above-average Canadian." If that level of intelligence is 'pig ignorance', you Canadians are pitiful!

Aimless Pizza Shop Gunman Latched Onto Internet, Religion

... In recent years, Welch often mentioned his Christian faith. Interspersed with Facebook posts about his daughters are the registered Republican's musings on the Bible and religion.

Danielle Tillman of Raleigh said she met Welch a few months ago and has known his current girlfriend for years. She recalls Welch made her uncomfortable while talking at length about religion. At one point, he grabbed her hand and prayed, asking for "the demons to come out of me," she said.

... Welch posted a video on Facebook of the Christian rock song "Lift Your Head Up Weary Sinner." Quoting one of the lyrics, he added the caption: "If your lost and wandering." Within days, he was arrested in Washington.

OK, so this is spooky. I wondered if young Mr. Welch was some relative of Robert Welch, founder of the John Birch Society. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_W._Welch,_Jr. Don't know, but in reading the information about JBS anew, it doesn't even seem all that extreme compared to what passes as "conservative" now. Hell, the alt-right people probably think the Birchers are too librul fer them.

Bad link, this is the one you intended:

Robert W. Welch, Jr.

Your link doesn't include the period after "Jr".

Could be, he was born in Chowan County, North Carolina, which is pretty far from Salisbury, and was a Tar Heel, which isn't. Maybe not, though.
... (Edgar Maddison) Welch's family has roots in the Salisbury area, where his father and grandfather served in local government, according to the Salisbury Post....
You would think that someone would have noticed a Robert W. Welch, Jr. connection.

Seriously....? Junior Mints were invented by the founder of the John Birch Society?

In any case, after years of claiming that Eisenhower and others were communists, Welch moved on to Illuminati claims featuring globalist financial and business families like the Rothschilds and Rockefellers, with the commies just being a front.

It seems kind if silly to imagine billionaire business families linked to communism. Ignoring Trump's links to Putin, his financial ties to Russia, his daughter vacationing with Putin's girlfriend etc..

BBC: Trump fans urge Star Wars boycott over reshoot claims

The campaign began with a series of tweets from Trump activist Jack Posobiec, who claimed the writers changed the film - a Star Wars film, - to add scenes linking Mr Trump to racism.

Jack Posobiec was one of the main spreaders of the Pizzagate conspiracy, leading to one of his followers shooting up the pizza restaurant. Other psychotic nutjobs who retweeted his Pizzagate claims include Donald Trump‘s incoming national security advisor General Michael Flynn and his chief of staff son Michael Flynn Jr..

Rachel Maddow: Poll reveals Trump voters live in alternate state of reality (VIDEO)

Rachel Maddow dissected a PPP poll exclusively pre-released to MSNBC showing the Trump voter as severely detached from reality. Rachel started the segment by pointing out that President Obama’s overall approval rating is at 50%. However, while his favorability with Republicans is 9%, it is only 5% of Trump voters....

Image

Rachel then pivoted to issue after issue where a large percentage of Trump voters were severely misinformed. They live in a virtually fact-free or made-up-fact environment.

The stock market under President Obama soared. The Dow Jones Industrial average went from 7,949.09 to 19,614.91, again, up 11,665.72. In other words, it more than doubled. 39% of Trump voters think the stock market went down under Obama.

Image

Unemployment dropped from 7.8% to 4.6% during the Obama administration. Clinton, Johnson, Stein and other voters are well aware of that fact.

Image

Rachel continued.

40% of Trump voters believe that Donald Trump won the popular vote.
60% of Trump voters believe that millions voted illegally for Clinton.
73% of Trump voters believe that George Soros paid Trump protesters.
29% of Trump voters believe California vote should not be included in the popular vote....
