Board Update -- PHPBB 3.2

Hey guys, just finished updating us to PHPBB 3.2 -- this was a pretty large update, but everything seems to be fine. I'll be tweaking some of the more customized stuff to get us back to fully normal like the header/banner.

As far a user features, you'll probably notice nicer icons, but that's about it.

2 new features I like:
A quoted post automatically includes the date it was posted, no more adding it in if I think it's relevant.
The arrow, "↑", beside "Vrede too (or whoever) wrote:" takes you to the original post in case you want to check out the context.

On the Topics pages all of our names have an arrow beside them pointing up and to the right. Why doesn't "by k9nanny" get a female sign and "by (bi?) homerbobe" get a question mark? It is a little handy that it takes you to the last post, though going to the last page and scrolling is hardly a burden.

One other change I've noticed is that Notifications no longer light up on the page or appear on the tab when the window is idle. Not that it matters, they do appear when the page is refreshed or any other action is taken. Just thought I'd mention it.

Yeah, they made some significant changes in the css/html. That was as clean as I could get it on short notice. Then I'm just lazy. it's on my todo list. Boy do I wish we could get rid of Trump.
