The Fishing Thread

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

None of the regulars are anti-gun. There are, however, some who think that anything short of legal ownership of RPG's is "anti-gun."

Let's not besmirch the fishing thread further with firearm stuff - yes, I know, I started it with my fishing license joke. Anyway, I'll continue at Gun Legislation.

we fish for trout redfish snook grouper offshore.......We have a place at the mouth of the Suwannee with access to great
inshore fishing. Even was in a club for awhile (bass fishing). Too many rules now about slots and limits......at least in FLa

A man get stopped by a game warden with his basket full of fish.

Warden: do you have a license for all these fish you've caught?
Man: no sir. These are all my pet fish.
Warden: your pet fish? How's that?
Man: well, every night I take all my pet fish for a walk to the lake, I let them swim for about half hour and then
I whistle and they all come back and jump in my basket and we go home. We do this every night.
Warden: Well that's just the biggest crock. . .
Man: here I'll show you... (Dumps the fish in the lake)
Warden: Well this I got to see!!
5 minutes later...
Warden: Well??
Man: Well what?
Warden: the fish!! Where's your pet fish??
Man: What fish??
I only went fishing a handful of times this year :(

Looks like Seth Milner's fix for his implied criticism of the size of O Really's pics is a complete flop. Opps.

Use it in the same manner as you would if you were pasting in an avatar. The picture of the Phantom Spook originally posted as large as your raccoon.
Yeah, thanks. I know how to re-size, I was just a bit lazy. It's not even posted, really, it's just linked....
Can cute racoon pics ever be too big?

I had a funny meme there; it was so large. I resized it, and now it's disappeared...dammit! It was for you. Here it is again in a quoted form:
Earl and Bubba are quietly sitting in the boat fishing,
chewing tobacco and drinking beer when Bubba suddenly says "think I'm gonna divorce my wife- she ain't spoke to me in over 2 months."
Earl spits his chew overboard, takes a long sip of beer and says
"better think it over, man; women like that are hard to find."

That was no criticism, Mr Baiter. You fail again at your implied and projected wisdom.
Yes, resizing is a fail. Oops.

Nice boobs, but I'd think if she cuts toward her hand she might be better of in a blonde joke.

No blonde joke intended. The best way to clean a fish is to have a voluptuous blonde in a bikini to do it for you. I'm having trouble with that taking a blonde in a bikini fishing with you, anyway . . . who could concentrate on fishing? Who would have time to fish?
