The Religion Thread

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

I may have spoken precipitously.
That's not long before he changed. No telling whether it is social, familial, neurological, substance abuse (or getting clean) or something else, but something broke in him to turn him into the pitiful creep he now relishes being.

You already do that. That's why "someone with that real world description would last 10 years in a (your) hospital job".

I merely assimilated. When the pitiful creep(s) began attacking me, I attacked back. It's adorable© how stupid you can be.

Or extreme reaction to discovering you're "gay".

The loonies in Spindale are still at it.

Imagine if this was a mosque engaging in this kind of shit.

Tibetan Budhist New Year. This year's female firebird swoops in with perfect timing.
I know a few Christians who could learn a thing or two, if only they weren't so afraid to look beyond their brainwashing.

https://www.elephantjournal.com/2017/02 ... -firebird/

According to legend, the firebird is a feisty sign.

In Buddhism, we see the firebird as a tenacious animal, determined and built for hard work, but also impulsive and hotheaded in her demeanor.

This year, we gravitate toward each other in a constructive way. We can create something grander together than we could on our own.

The mug shots. I reckon beating a gay kid makes you super duper happy

What is it about Rutherford County anywhere. In Murfreesboro they only burn mosques, but they also
promote hate at every level.

The devil makes them do it ... and then they wonder why people ridicule 'religion' .... the devil is alive and well.

One can choose mythological boogeyman explanations, but there's more hard evidence that religion made Mr.B and them do it than there is for it being the devil's fault.

not so bb. to ignore god's world in exchange for some old genocidal whacks assemblage of parable type stories told long before by older cultures is likely way high on god's naughty list

tell me - is the ignorance, prison time, and death surrounding the realization that the earth wasn't the center of the universe so important then - that you and the same ignorance can't accept what the right and deregulation has/is doing to our planet

Mr.B fails English, again, this time on the difference between "evidence" and "beliefs". Also, "tolerance" has to do with the law and policy where he want his bigotry expressed. It has nothing to do with our agreeing with his fairy tales.

looks like bb won't share his answer to a simple question

Same old rehashed, beating-a-dead-rotten horse; over and over. Not gonna be baited when you know where I stand ... besides, I don't wish to be arrested by the English police; nor am I overly concerned what you agree with. Deal with it.

Not that it's a surprise -

Despite supposedly having god to give them strength, charity, courage and compassion, they are terrified religious bigots.
