Can't make this (stuff) up

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

They got it back. The guy who stole it mailed it back with an apology.

That's in the article I linked.

The bar has several backup toes.

The plea for more is a joke.

They made the news a few years back when one was accidentally swallowed.

Opps.
This one wasn't accidental:
Video: Watch the Yukon toe swallower in action

... In the video, Clark is shown drinking the shot of whiskey, and he lets the toe tumble into his mouth. He then appears to move it around in his mouth in order to swallow it.

He then reaches for a beer chaser and takes a sip before jumping up from the table, triumphantly. He slaps $500 down on the table to pay the fine, and leaves....
A raw egg in a beer, no fine (nor salmonella), is the weirdest booze drinking that I've done.

I question the existence of any sane people in Alaska. I know there are a few in Canadia, but I still consider the Great White North to be a bad influence.

Aw, c'mon. We never expected America to react to Rob Ford with "Hold my beer...."

Alabama hunter shoots down 820-pound wild hog in front yard

"Wade Seago, a deer hunter and taxidermist (with a directional hearing problem) in Samson, said he knew something was up outside his house July 11 when his family’s dog started barking (in the front yard) and wouldn’t stop, AL.com reported.

His daughter began screaming (at the front window) as he got up to check on his dog (while his daughter is screaming), Cruiser.

"I jumped up to see what was going on," Seago explained to the news site. "I looked out the back window (in spite of the fact that all the barking and screaming is coming from the front) and saw nothing, so I ran to the front (finally) of the house where my daughter was looking out the window."
Trump: “We had the safest border in the history of our country - or at least recorded history. I guess maybe a thousand years ago it was even better.”

I wouldn't eat the first bite of that hog. Everything I've ever read about wild hogs say their flesh is rife with imbedded parasites. Should have buried all of it.

Florida teens mock dying man

So much is wrong with this sad story. Where's the Black Lives Matter crowds protesting in the streets? Where's the looting and burning? Where's the beatings of innocent people who just happen to be bystanders? Where's hunting down and killing of police officers?
It seems skin color sets the standard for holding people accountable for the death of a black person. Too bad there's not a stiffer penalty for those ignorant brain-dead pick-a-ninnies.

This is what happens when you bring a gun to an umbrella fight.
... Apparently, the man with the gun had gotten into an argument Monday with a group on the beach over a child’s toy.

“It was over a $2 inflatable octopus, and I guess he had gone under their tent and taken it,” Woodin told News 5.

When the argument began to escalate, Woodin says he knew he had to do something.

“I saw him punch one of the guys in the face and knock him down while he had a gun out,” Woodin said.

After Woodin used the umbrella to knock the man out, he took away the gun and emptied the clip. Woodin and another man then held him until deputies with the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrived to detain him.

Well played. All sorts of staffers will be having a look at us.
Good point. Because regardless of their stance, they'll tell their friends to check out the letter, even those that hate us will tell someone that might look on this sympathetically, who will send a link to others likeminded.
It's at 44 views, see what happens tomorrow
Up to a whopping 272 views now :-H

But in all fairness to the Orangutans staffers, they're probably to busy worrying about how to pay for lawyers and staying out of jail.
