Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

You're quite the Sherlock Holmes, aren't you? I suppose I'm not allowed to go back and read posts that were posted before my 'birth' date? Who would you like me to be? I suppose I'll have to give in and reveal my real identity; I'm Superman; that trumps Sherlock!
Now think about this: How would someone; anyone, give a complimentary description of you?

While the article says that the 2% figure, from 1981, is probably too low, they give no more recent data to support that opinion. Likewise, pollution has improved since the last estimate. Even if the figure were double the 2%,it is still low, and recent data shows genetic factors play a much larger role than previously thought.

You already have.
From April 18:
"I have nothing to prove, or hide. My real name is Seth Miller, we just moved to Oconee County, SC on a piece of lakefront property that we've owned for several years. I am semi-retired due to a back injury, but still do some investigative snooping when called upon.

I originally registered under my real name, but when I submitted it, the email never came through showing I was approved. I could not re-register as "my name was already in use." So, here's Seth Milner."

Come to think of it, I might be your long-lost brother, Sometime Righty!

Thanks, and what we still don't know is what switches on the genetic factors for some people but not others.

"Seth" has a reading problem. Seth is a good fictional name for a bible thumper.

environmental damaged was/is often localized. Love Canal, riverside Cleveland and Pensacola are examples of where lack of governmental regulations led to a much higher percentage

Prob-ab-lee. I enjoy reading the Bible, but I'm in no position to debate it. I suppose that means I bump it occasionally.

My dentist thanked me for not mentioning lion hunting. Truth is, I'd thought about it and might have said something before the visit was over.

His dental probe might have "accidently" found a small cavity too! (I hate when that happens!) Image

Speaking of evil dentists - this guy has been lying low, thinking the flack will blow over and he can resume his so-called life. Wrong!
It's not going away, and more keeps coming up.... http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/photos ... ar-BBlJXOi

Pic with illegally killed black bear. Tried to bribe the others to keep quiet.

This guy's life as he knew it is over.

And if somebody lures him out of hiding with, say, an offer for a free stuffing of a Siberian Tiger, and puts an arrow through his sorry hide ... oh well.

True, though if he wants to rehab his rep as well as can be done Michael Vick is a pretty good example. I'll never fully forgive Vick, but I respect him for doing everything right since. Of course, Cecil's killer would have to do some time in a Zimbabwean prison first.

Nah, turns out he's as disgusted with the MN dentist as anyone.
