Must have been a pickle for the Committee, #1s Purdue and Houston also lost their final games. Only UConn looks invincible. Shame that your SDSU or WDE face it in the Sweet 16.

Could be worse, GoCubsGo's 9 Northwestern gets UConn in Round 2. Funny that the 3 of you BRDistas are in the same half-Region and will be down to 1 team after the Sweet 16 and more likely after Round 2. Gonna make the conversation around here rather thin.

Duke has 5 WI fresh off WI beating AP #13 IL, then Duke has 1 Houston. How is that an easier path than other ones? Is Houston thought to be the weakest #1, and also weaker than all the #2s?

I thought the same thing about the team. Bruce Pearl may have a point re the fans who don't get a seat on the charter, though, plus all the ones who will drive a few hundred miles but not travel 2000.

Also WSU, which is in MM this year, is not too far from Spokane. Then, Eastern Washington University fields a basketball team, though it's more likely to play in the Big Sky Conference tourney than MM. Pooor Idaho tries hard
