People who aren't taking this very well.

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

I'm particularly happy that Obama's race had nothing to do with anybody voting against him. We know this of course because of all those people who assured us that it was "his policies, not his race" that mattered to them, even though they couldn't explain any given policies or show how those policies differed from the last white guy in office. But maybe those people were, ummm..."mistaken." ... http://www.floatingsheep.org/2012/11/ma ... se-to.html

Add Fox News and Rich Noyes (NewsBusters, Media Research Center) with an article about "Five ways the mainstream media tipped the scales in favor of Obama

Pretty much just more wingnut lies, spin, and lie-by-omission. SSDD.

He should have written the article about how Fox's chronic stream of lies fooled wingnuts into thinking Rmoney would win.

Poor teenager didn't take it well. I feel sorry for her.

What she tweeted:

I wonder if she's closed her Twitter account.

but honestly, wouldn't it be a good idea to let them have their own country?

Probably not, once they realize they can't make it on their own (red state moochers) we'll enviably go to war with them. Could you imagine a bunch of starving religious racists with no power but an arsenal of nuclear weapons?

Middle east comes to mind...

We all know this secession stuff is all nonsense. However, since the libs have weighed in I might as well suggest an alternative observation. Let's say SC, or any other state does secede. Then they rewrite Welfare laws that basically make people give 40 hours a week for any benefits. I suggest there would be a mass immigration to those states that do not require it. I wonder if libs would then enforce "their borders"? :) :) :)

That was my point, we'd eventually go to war because the red state takers would be trying to take from a productive society. Protecting borders is obvious.

Re: People who aren't taking this very well.

Just wait until 2013 comes around. We'll see who, on what side of the fence, ain't taking what so well.

Something about a 'fiscal cliff' comes to mind.

2014's gonna be a bitch; you know, that Obamacare thingy.

ObamaCare is settled. With more benefits kicking in in 2014, it'll only be good for the Democrats.

Given the election and exit poll results, my guess is that the GOP will either compromise drastically on tax cuts for the rich or take the lion's share of the heat for not doing so. If rightwing extemist Ryan gets his way it will be the latter:
Ryan: No Mandate for Obama in Election

But, there are voices of political wisdom and fiscal sanity:
5 Republicans who think the GOP should stop coddling the rich

I'll also guess that any deficit reduction will be limited by sucking up to the Pentagon.
Yeah, and a poll out yesterday said that if they don't reach agreement and go over the cliff, 60% will blame the GOP vs. 29% blaming Obama.
