President Harris

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

You didn't go to the other links out of "insight", you refused out of sheer stubborness.

Idiot.

Oh, by the way, that's Vice-President Harris, not Vice-President Hairyass as some of you are probably hoping.

When I went to one of those links he presented as evidence, the whole thing was about Meryl Streep playing Thatcher in a fucking movie. There was one comment, very long and obtuse, going on about Thatcher's clothes. Nowhere in there did I see the thatch the snatch phrase. After that I decided to get a thatch hat but still keep my umbrella. I never went to the other links due to insight.
It's there, near the bottom of the page:

Hopefully this bitch will soon join Reagan. Although it's interesting that her conservative stance as Prime Ministher, has somewhat given birth to the British Punk movement as the Punks opposed all if not most for what hse stood for and against. Not only was she a threat to social programs but also a xenophobic racist cunt. Fuck Streep if she tries to portray some "good side" for this old fart. Speaking of Brit twits, I have yet to see Helen Mirren's The Queen. i dig Helen as the term GILF often comes to mind when watching her recent films. (Love ranch and RED.)
Do you know how to search for a particular word or phrase on a page? It comes in very handy.

Whether Useless heard it before or not is less meaningful than the fact that it was nasty, women-hating and unacceptable then and it's nasty, women-hating and unacceptable now, especially in a Kamala thread. This is so obvious and undeniable that it's amazing that Useless is too chickenshit to admit it.
I must have missed it then. I must have been wrong. Worthless and weak. But I will do better. Ok, went and saw it. Awesome. I suppose I was in error in not looking past the initial response from the fashion critic. Ok, punchy, you win. Ding ding ding. It just goes to show there's British dipshits, too. Congratulations for rooting them out. But I bet they still think you're a wanker.

Very well then, your concession is most welcome, albeit accompanied as it is by the usual insult.

Mind you, my acquaintance with the visiting British scientists (they all had PhD's) was pretty much over by 1980, as most of them migrated back to the land of fog and crumpets by then. As for the alleged misogyny of the epithet, I suppose, although the one woman PhD among them would usually laugh when she heard it. And to my recollection none of them ever called me a "wanker". More likely they regarded my non-British supervisor as such, which he did indeed turn out to be. There's more to that story but not for this audience.

Ta for now. I shall bask in the glow that my victory affords.

LOL, I don't depend upon besting others for my general enjoyment of life.

I am nothing if not magnanimous in victory.

So how are you doing in general?

"alleged ... suppose"? Wimp.

She was stuck in a boys' club, duh.

And to my recollection none of them ever called me a "wanker"....

To your face, maybe, but people with PhDs are usually smart.
None of this wussy deflection excuses your vile misogyny in 2021.

We can all see that neoplacebo has the stones to admit a minor error in searching a looong web page, while you are incapable of being accountable for your major, obvious and proven bigotry.

Well, I don't depend on it, but I do get a chuckle out of you.

You got half of that right.

I'm doing just peachy, got my thatch hat, and have my pick of frustrated 35 year old married women. They sure can wear out a hominy before his time. And none of them have any thatch. I hate getting thatch in my mouth.

Well, that is mostly good to hear.

Aside from the rather gratuitous helping of quasi-pornographic references.

A year ago I worried that I would miss Useless-baiting, but it never happened.

Vice President Kamala Harris makes history with tiebreaking votes in Senate

Kamala Harris, who made history as the first woman or person of color to serve as vice president, made history again Wednesday as she matched the record for most tiebreaking votes in the U.S. Senate.

The vote, her 31st, advanced the nomination of Kalpana Kotagal to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The only other vice president to cast so many was John C. Calhoun, who served as vice president from 1825 to 1832....

Unlike Calhoun, who spent eight years accumulating his total, Harris tied the record in two and a half years. It's a reflection of her unique circumstances, with a narrowly divided Senate and a sharply partisan atmosphere.

... it also meant that Harris cast deciding votes on issues like the American Rescue Plan, a $1.9-trillion pandemic relief measure, and the Inflation Reduction Act, which limited the costs of prescription drugs and created financial incentives or clean energy.

β€œIt’s a blessing," Goldstein said, "because it associates her with some important accomplishments of the Biden administration.”
She owes it all to you, DINO Manchin.

GoKamalaGo!
