I got behind one today that said something to the effect "Opposing Socialism isn't racism, it's patriotism!"
I got closer and realized he/she is retired air force, and looking closer a disability sticker hanging off the mirror.


I wonder if he/she will ever realize the irony.

I was referencing Stinger's remarks about the two NC counties; he lives in Hanging Chad land, you know.

Think that might be because the bumper sticker bannination saw was likely in NC? I'm sure Stinger has plenty of VA/SSI/Medicare/DEA folks with anti-socialism bumper stickers in Gainesville, too.

Leo may not know that the internet wires run across state lines, or that there are very special people who mystically know names of counties and towns in states other than their own, and who may have even been transported by molecular deviation and DNA recalculation to some of those places. Some of these mystics may actually have observed natives of these foreign lands in their own natural habitat and commented thereon. Woo, woo!

Why are you so stupid as to make the assumption he was driving in Florida?

The most likely state he was driving in was North Carolina. The most likely firemen/EMT's that he would have heard from or seen would most likely have been from Henderson or Buncombe counties.

I was smart enough to figure that out. You weren't.

That's the difference between a rational, intelligent guess (mine) and a stupid, knee-jerk assumption (yours).
