Why do liberals have much lower intelligence than cons

This is a serious question. Liberals are more apt to commit crimes (what percentage of the prison population are Palin fans versus Obama fans?), less likely to survive on their own (liberals are dependent on others for survival), and are more likely to live a life of hypocrisy. They are extremely gullible (beliefs in man made global warming and Marxist philosophy), and have an ingrained Stockholm Syndrome (support for violent criminals and terrorists). Liberals stand in the way of a clean environment and innovation, under the belief they help it. Liberals also have a very serious lack of understanding when it comes to human nature; their support for welfare and inability to understand very basic economics proves this.

So, my question is why? Why are a liberal's processing faculties broken by their emotional thinking? Why are they not born with the desire to preserve themselves first, then help others? Why can they not think and process reality? Why does the immediate gratification of their emotional satisfaction trump all?

Many, if not most of those who call themselves "Conservatives" today are idiots who are equally ignorant about conservatism as they are socialism. William Buckley, OTOH, was both Conservative and highly intelligent. Of course, if Buckley were still alive, the current crop of Republicans wouldn't have him around.

The funny thing about "The Stranger", Supsalemgr and Reality's whining is that we did have a rough lefty-righty balance in numbers.
