Vrede's involvement in this thread is so typical of his/her MO. Vrede went straight to the diversion of changing the subject from the waste of the wind turbines to the political makeup of Falmouth. Since there is nothing but "irony" about the desire to remove these Vrede went to a minor point in the thread.
I couldn't resist posting this as a little comic relief from a bunch of libs. I am making the assumption the great majority of the people in this community are libs considering the location. The turbines cost $10M and it will be $5M-$15M to deconstruct them. Another effort at green energy not being what it was thought to be.

His associations should come as no surprise. Here's a guy who made his living from government enforcement and yet spends every second crying about socialism. If he is no more self-aware, then why expect him to be world-aware? Like most conservatives, he's chosen the reality that makes him most comfortable.
I'm referring to the fact that as a private insurance guy much of his living was made as a result of the government requiring certain types of insurance such as liability and mortgage insurance. I'm always amused by these anti-government guys who think they made their living from pure capitalism when in fact the private companies they work for exist in large part due to government contracts or government regulation.
Also, "Reality" has been a beneficiary of pure socialism his entire adult life. His wife is even a public school teacher.

Reminds me of a certain fool who attended public school his whole life, then graduated from a state college, paid for by the GI bill, then was career military before retiring at 42, and now makes his living working for a private company that is funded solely by defense contracts...yet he spent every day whining about taxes and big government.
