Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Supremes Reject Challenge to Surveillance Law

Unread post by O Really »

Short version: the damgummint can pick off your emails and phone calls and there's not only nothing you can do about it, there's nothing you can do to challenge the law itself.

If you haven't been personally harmed, you have no standing to sue.
If you have been harmed, it's up to you to prove it with government information, which they won't give you and will deny having.

Damned Obama - trampling on our rights. C'mon all you fighters of tyranny, bemoaners of lost liberties! To the barricades! Oh wait, it was a 2008 law? Nevermind.
