Struck me as stink bait. Whois.com shows that Erwin-Penland registered greenvillejetpacks.com. I'm sure Wolowitz and Koothrapali have already signed up.

Yup. Notice that the real thing - the Martin Jetpack - is many times the size of the Greenville fake in order to lift a person. Even then, the photos only show it near the ground where ground effect gives it an assist. The Greenville fake doesn't even show an engine or other power source to drive it's little ducted fan.
