I'm not a TayTay music fan, but she seems like a nice person and I appreciate that she's openly liberal. Still, I am intrigued by Taylor Swift the Phenomenon:
Taylor Swift earns Guinness World Record in time for birthday

Dec. 13 is the day that most Swifties celebrate — the birthday of their idol, Taylor Swift. And what do you get for the person who has everything? How about a Guinness World Record?

Guinness said that Swift’s “Eras Tour” is now the highest-grossing music tour ever. It was the first to earn more than $1 billion in revenue.

They announced the feat on Tuesday, the day before Swift’s 34th birthday.

The concert tour had 151 shows worldwide and has officially earned $1.04 billion according to Pollstar.

On average each concert had 72,000 people in attendance, with the cost of tickets costing an average of $238. Doing the math, that’s more than $17 million for each stop.

About 4.3 million tickets were sold for the tour.

On top of the ticket sales, the tour has also racked in about $200 million in merchandise sales.

Swift’s era at the top has brought that of Elton John to an end. John had held the record for his five-year farewell tour that brought in $939 million through 328 shows.
O Really was in Guinness for 5 years!
The “Eras Tour” earned as much as Beyoncé's and Bruce Springsteen’s tours, which were the next two highest-earning concert tours, combined.

Beyoncé had a title of her own this year — the highest-grossing music tour by a female artist. But Swift took that honor too after Queen Bey had for only a few weeks. Previously the honor had gone to Madonna who had held it for 14 years.
Whoa, TayTay deposed 2 queens.
The tour record isn’t the only world record Swift holds.

She also has the following:

Most US No. 1 albums by a female artist - 12
Most US singles chart entries (female) - 212
Most Top 10 debuts on the US Hot 100 (female) - 31
Most simultaneous new entries on the Hot 100 (female) - 26
Most Cumulative weeks at No. 1 on US albums charts (solo female) - 63
Never question the power of tween girls. Never.

imagine being so good that people think you're faking it.... absolutely incredible

The Judges Accuse Her of Lip Syncing, Watch What She Does Next... | Best of The Best

:clap: :-||
Her voice is like a violin. Absolutely amazing.
Wiki:
Aida Yuriyivna Nikolaychuk (Ukrainian: Аіда Юріївна Ніколайчук; born 3 March 1982) is a Ukrainian pop singer and model, who was the winner of the third season of Ukraine's X-Factor TV talent competition in 2012.

She drew special attention during the show's second season when judges interrupted her performance of Polina Gagarina's Lullaby (Колыбельная, Kalybelnaya), suspecting that she was lip-syncing to a recording, and asked her to sing a cappella. Although visibly surprised, Nikolaychuk sang the song equally well without accompaniment. In 2013, she released her first single, "On Your Planet", which was included in her debut album We're Under One Sky.
Ironic given what's happened to Ukraine since :(

Not bad. Whack9?

Atlanta-based Liliac (bat, the animal, in Romanian) is 5 siblings 16 to 24 years old. Dad, Floren Cristea (a.k.a. Chriss Floren), is a music producer. I wonder how the evolution from kid pop to heavy metal ("vamp metal”) that all 5 bought into happened. Not many parents can say that they created an entire metal band :wtf:

I saw the Stones on their 1989 tour and Keith looked pretty rough then. And in an interview some years before that, Mick says, "well I hope I'm not still singing "Satisfaction" when I'm 40" (which would have been around 1983)

And he's still singing it.

My daughter told me about a month ago that the Stones are playing in Atlanta in April. She figures on us going but I'm not sure I will.

I pretty much gave up on old rockers long ago. I got disappointed too many times. Santana was an exception and he put on a helluva show.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium has a typical concert capacity of around 58k, but Ed Sheeran performed to a record crowd of 76,335 fans in May. The currently cheapest tickets on StubHub, nose bleed with clear views, are $67. Not terrible. Please let us know how it was if you do go.

Nose bleed isn't worth the parking hassle. Get good seats. They won't likely be back.
