Irony

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

He's also in Canada; not that that amounts to a hill of beans. Their politics are bass-ackwards
We've been more conservative, less socialist than America for at least a couple of decades now. Try to keep up.
homerfobe wrote:and their judges wear white wigs.
That's Britain, not Canada. Nor do our judges say things like, "yea, verily" or "forsooth".

You sound like Det.Thorn/Colonel Taylor, who keeps confusing Canada with France.
homerfobe wrote:I see you got the memo...Vrede's catch phrase of the year has been implemented.
It's suitable and accurate. Not only are the folks on that other forum terrified of someone disagreeing with them, but you can make a single post there and they'll ban you just on the fear that you might disagree with them in the future.

Why are you peeping out the door while jerking off?

That is one nasty looking bastard. And to think, shit that looks like that votes.
What scares me a lot more is misanthropic closet-dwellers like you being able to vote.

Funny how all of us "low info Americans" seem to have a lot more info on hand than you do. And, unlike you, we seem to have the intellect and background to be able to discuss it.

That would lead to a description of you as a no-info voter.

Best you can do, I guess.

Just blame Bush. Low info voters like you relish that anyway. It validates the incompetent one we have posing as President. :-H
Let me translate, "I'd post a link to the BLS proving my point, but uh... I can't because it disagrees with my imaginary world."

From the very first post in this thread you've not been able to back up anything you've wrote. That's the reason we don't believe you, and you could even be right!
It's still batting a thousand on that one.

Turks got defended by an idiot.
My bad. I stand corrected. It is rather difficult to distinguish a Limey from the citizens of a country that has more than one official language. Oh crap, I forgot again...there's that Mexican thingy in the U.S.

Vrede, I failed to notice where you defended Turk. I must be getting senile.

If Romney had won, Turks and his nutjob brethren would have been jumping up
and down about the latest jobs report. Look, Romney's been in office only a month
and look how far the UE rate has dropped. You wouldn't have heard one peep about
anything else.

The greatest thing FDR had going for him was three years of Hoobert Heever after the stock market crashed. We'd already hit bottom and stayed there.

Obama walked in as the floor was falling out from under the economy.

Unemployment is a lagging economic indicator -- i.e. layoffs occur AFTER the economy tanks. Layoffs occur because of the economic failures of the previous two quarters.

I don't know if all the wingnuts are really that ignorant about economics or if it's yet another case of willful and wanton ignorance by choice.

Vrede wrote:Yep, Turks is still the same "dumb fuck" he was on post one. Jobs increased, UE decreased, UE has never included those not looking for work, minorities and youth have always fared worst in a downturn, the GOP did worse for all of us and even the unemployed know that, and I "lead" nothing here. It's not ironic at all that the illiterate who doesn't even know the definition of the word "an" is still a "lame brain", "dunce", "ignorant", moronic, disconnected, "stupid bitch", "dullard" "lemming" desperately trying to spin positive economic news - we would expect nothing different from Turks.

Turks has proven how "low info." he is about all of this over and over. But, lots of people are misinformed. What makes him so "special" is how resistant he is to accurate info. and how whiny, cowardly and vulgar he gets when proven wrong - his "ad hominem" stupidity is the perfect example.

Do you ever have an original thought and use words that you thought of on your own. This is what, the 3rd post where you parrot what I said to you? What a limited dunce. :P

Actually, it's mocking how childish you are, "dunce". You fail comprehension, again. Plus, the points still stand. You've screwed up nine ways from Sunday and have been too much of a coward to admit a single one of them.

Why don't you simply STFU? Seriously! Not because I said so, it's your house here but you sound like a raving, infantile idiot. You carry on about "who wins" and admissions to defeat that are imaginary. You're supposed to set an example here and everyone but your two idiots pals are lauging at you here and from afar. Ever "listen" to yourself? You make Jethro Bodine look like Einstein.

You had no clue what ad hominem meant. I posted a simple thread and you went off on 3 tangents totally unrelated. You laced them them with vitriol about posters at another forum. Your concubline, Ensign Pulver is as witty as Forrest Gump on a bad day. He/She/It merely jumped on the bandwagon.

You're being laughed at. I'm getting messages from people here and afar telling me to keep at it.

Simply put, you're a real fucking jerkoff. That's not ad hominem that just straight talk. I'm glad that I gave you simpletons something to occupy your time with, now I'm done with you. You personally have zero to say and can't even mock a person with any degree of success without help.

So keep on going while every other forum grows, yours will wither and die and you have yourself to thank, shit head. :oII

No, that only happens at the hands of your wet nurses on the CPF forum.

Not because I said so, it's your house here but you sound like a raving, infantile idiot.

Again, not my house. It's Banni's house you "raving, infantile idiot."

You carry on about "who wins" and admissions to defeat that are imaginary.

Lie, again, that's your style not mine.

You're supposed to set an example

No, I'm not, it's never been one of the rules and I'll quit being a moderator of it becomes one. You have a rich fantasy life. Plus, it's Taxed from CPF who bans people when he doesn't like the way a conversation he's engaged in is going. Some "example" that is.

here and everyone

Still a megalomaniac.

but your two

Still can't count.

idiots pals are lauging at you here and from afar.

I don't care if you're con pals are doing that. I laugh at their cowardice if they don't post here, at their wingnuttery if they do.

Ever "listen" to yourself? You make Jethro Bodine look like Einstein.

You have a rich fantasy life.

You had no clue what ad hominem meant.

Still too chicken to admit you screwed up, even after I showed you that cons agree the fallacy can be directed at groups. What a clueless wimp!

I posted a simple thread

Simple-minded thread trying to spin positive economic news.

and you went off on 3 tangents totally unrelated.

One - you still can't count - relative Dem and GOP impact on the economy.

You laced them them with vitriol about posters at another forum.

So? Y'all merit it.

Your concubline, Ensign Pulver

So old and still so stupid, you must have had a frustrating life.

is as witty as Forrest Gump on a bad day. He/She/It merely jumped on the bandwagon.

Open forum. Don't like it? Use PM instead of whining so.

You're being laughed at. I'm getting messages from people here and afar telling me to keep at it.

Really? You're proud of support from cowards? Ewww.

Simply put, you're a real fucking jerkoff.

Childish vulgarity.

That's not ad hominem that just straight talk.

Ummm, "straight talk" can still be ad hominem. Your continuing ignorance of the phrase is a scream!

I'm glad that I gave you simpletons something to occupy your time with, now I'm done with you.

We always knew that you would run away. Bye.

You personally have zero to say and can't even mock a person with any degree of success without help.

You have a rich fantasy life.

So keep on going while every other forum grows,

Agreed, there are lots of cons needing wet nurses out there.

yours will wither and die

We're amazed it lasted this long. No biggie, we knew from the get-go that wingnut cons need wet nurses.

and you have yourself to thank,

Agreed, partially, cowardly wingnut cons detest fact and accountability.

shit head. :oII
Childish vulgarity, no surprise there. We'll remember you by your last words.

"We'll remember you by your last words."

Please do...that would be calling you what you are ...a shithead.

Other than the point on your head, what point?...

All the ones you ducked while whining about my mocking of your childishness. Comprehend much?

You mean the one that I answered and provided a link with the actual quote from the BLS. Or the one that I merely made a personal observation on?

Maybe we should review the one you harped on all day. The one where I hit a wrong button after 4 posts.
I got it...you're a stupid masochist. :o

Yo, Turks - you haven't been booted, right? Nobody shut down your rant, no matter what you've said to or about anyone, right? If you are entertained by playing Vrede's game, go ahead - no problem to me. But if you want other types of entertainment too, post something interesting that shows a little thought and you might be surprised at the response you get. Unfortunately, relating car pooping to meat inspection doesn't quite do it.

Dumbya screwed things up so much, both economically and in foreign policy, that it's
going to take a long time to recover from his massive blunders. Folks were still
giving him the most blame for the bad economy in exit polls during the 2012
presidential election.

Turks sounds like he needs to take an anger management course.
