That doesn't have anything to do with grammar. It has to do with more search terms in the second example. If you type in "how can u" and "how can you" you get essentially the same results.

Maybe not grammar, but language usage. The correct way to ask the question would be either "how can one..." or "how can a person..." or as in the example, "how can an individual..." Asking "how can you..." whether spelled out or abbreviated, is colloquial unless the question really is asking how do YOU do it.

Exactly. What you want to know is "How can any individual ..." or "How can I ...," and when you use those search perimeters, you get higher quality search suggestions from when you use the less formal, less accurate "How can you."

I was sure results were "enhanced," but they were actually fairly representative.
