Guess so.

He's 74, he's won a world series as manager, I think that was the ultimate goal although back to back would've been nice. Supposedly a great guy but he managed the Cubs out of the 2003 World Series and failed in 2004.

3-2 in the sixth, managers playing for every base by having star hitters bunt, every starter in the bullpen and available.

Phil's are from another division too.

Just don't like Arizona or the Snakes, plus they effectively knocked the Cubs out and a Snake/Texas world series was way low on my totem pole of interest.

Dbacks took 6 of 7 from the Cubs in mid September, they were the beginning of the end of our wild card and divisional first place dreams.

Who would have guessed that a team that was .519 vs all of MLB would be .750 vs the best of the NL? :crazy:

Oddly, the Texan path is a duplicate: 2-0, 3-0, 4-3, .750, but they were .556 in the regular season
