The LEO thread

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Yeah, and the fear of having the sleaze bag defended by Perry Mason is another good reason for charging something you're pretty sure you can win. Perry would manage to prove that the guy at the door actually shot himself, and the investigator knew that but framed the accused anyway because the investigator's wife had been over there earlier giving complimentary bj's.
:) No further questions, your honor.

What's your guess, intentional dog whistle for the interview or he's just a Qidiot?

Don't know enough about the guy and haven't listened to the interview.

He's definitely a Qidiot
That's obvious.

It's really scary how pervasive conspiracy theories are nowadays. Wonder what the cause is?

Wiki has a bunch of theories ( ;) ) on that.

I didn't bother reading them. I'm good with blaming stupidity, cowardice, gullibility and laziness.

The CPF is my case study specimen. Reading the posts is like a window into an alternate reality. It's really entertaining, but also worrying.

They've always been around in one form or another. Think FEMA camps from 9/11 (right there in Hendersonville off Upward Rd!), Agenda 21 etc.
https://search.yahoo.com/search?ei=UTF- ... ted+states

They're particularly emboldened at the moment thanks to Cheetohead and the ease of access to communications and each other thanks to social media.

If we get a Blue Wave they're mostly going be relegated to their hidey holes once again but they won't go completely away.

If DT announces an operation called Jade Helm but instead of Texas it's to take place in Oregon, and instead of an exercise it's a real deal operation they'd be all for it.

NYPD union chief appears on Fox News with far-right conspiracy theory QAnon symbol in background

... This was not the first time Mr Mullins has appeared on television interviews with what is believed to be QAnon symbols in the background. Internet sleuths discovered the chief has appeared on at least two other conservative talk shows with something in the background in recent months.

Mr Mullins refused to confirm or deny if the mug in the background was his own when speaking to Business Insider....

When contacted by the HuffPost, Mr Mullins said he had “no idea” what QAnon was and said he borrowed the office for the interview. But he was unable to provide information about the office he borrowed.

Mr Mullins has a contentious relationship with New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, a Democrat, and the two have even traded barbs in recent weeks after the mayor decided to transferred $1bn of the city’s budget away from the NYPD.

A spokesman for Mr de Blasio retweeted an image of the mug, calling it “delusional”.
Really a "borrowed" office or is he a Qowardly liar like so many cops? Idk.

5 Former Forsyth detention officers, nurse charged with involuntary manslaughter in man's death

FORSYTH COUNTY (Winston-Salem), N.C. —

Five former Forsyth County Detention Center officers and a nurse have been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the Dec. 4, 2019 death of a man, Forsyth County District Attorney Jim O'Neill announced....
Rare to charge guards, even rarer to charge a nurse. Why did it take 9 months?!

(Reno) Officer accidentally shot with stun gun unintentionally shot suspect, officials say

... A video shows the man stepping forward and placing his personal items on the ground. He then tries to pull out his wallet. That’s when a deputy fired a stun gun. The prong misses the suspect but hits a police officer who unintentionally fires his gun striking the victim in the shoulder....
Opps.

If this was on an episode of Reno 911! it would have been funny, but not believable.
