"You didn't build that" unfair; "Binders full of women" OK

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

The libs screamed that the "You didn't build that" comment was taken out of context; however, they were quick to jump at the "Binders full of women" quote by Romney -- clearly becoming something that he was not saying at all. He could have easily said "resume's of qualified women" and meant the exact same thing. Like Obama said, when you're losing, make the election about little things.

And when that was the hot topic on goupstate.. you didn't say one damn word to indicate that you agreed with the fact it it was completely taken out of context.. .. now you're so desperately squirming to shout "out of context" that your ass is chewing a hole through your pants... .

Hypocrisy has always been your calling card... .

ROMNEY: You Olympians, however, know you didn’t get here solely on your own power. For most of you, loving parents, sisters or brothers, encouraged your hopes, coaches guided, communities built venues in order to organize competitions. All Olympians stand on the shoulders of those who lifted them. We’ve already cheered the Olympians, let’s also cheer the parents, coaches, and communities.
What was said was that it was yet another example in the constant stream of hypocritical, It's-okay-when-we-did-it-but-it's-bad-when-you-do-it, IOKIYAR, unhinged reich-wing nonsense.

And it was also yet another example in the constant stream of dishonest lies and distortions coming from the unhinged, far-right extremists. Everyone understood the context.

Even out of context, Obama's statement is no worse than Romney telling Olympians they didn't get there on their own. Hence the valid charge of continued hypocrisy from the right.

Binders of women is stupid in context.
