That's my point, we needed more and we've managed it before. I think the S&L prosecutions scared a generation of bankers more than the prosecutions for the vastly larger Shrucession did.

The 35 seem to have committed their crimes with the tarp funds after the big banks nearly destroyed the economy.
The lack of any real prosecutions has to be related to Obama's and holder's connection to WS - the subsequent payments to both mean something.
