Sadly, that can probably be said for a good portion of Mexico.
Yeah if it gets worse it will be almost as dangerous as a US school or event.

In my geographically-challenged mind I don't count Tijuana and Rosarito as being Baja.

There were some of those elephant seals on the Patagonia documentary. They're massive - and have huuuuuge mouths, with biiiiig teeth.
