It's pretty amazing to go down into what was once a water trap for mammoths, bears, lions etc.

Probably not. It would be cool indeed, but we should have gone on the trip to Mt. Rushmore (yawn) and Custer State Park (yay), but we've seen a lot of dinosaurs and South Dakota is a long way from anywhere. Our next dino trip is going to be the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Paleontology outside Calgary,

Nope. It was supposed to be summer of 2020, but nooooo! Effin' pandemic and Canada closing. We had reservations, tickets, and also a couple of weeks of prime Canadian summer at Banff and Lake Louise. Would've Cruised Canada 1 back over to Vancouver and then south. Maybe next year.
