The Lincoln Project

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

This needs to be run nationally.

I've been wondering what their distribution scheme is. I haven't seen any or many of their ads on TV. I may just not have noticed, though. I tune most ads out or surf during them.

The Lincoln Project:
359.3K views of that tweet.
125,440 YouTube views. Last Call
It was just posted to both today.
2.6M Twitter Followers
691K YouTube subscribers
I didn't look for each one, but I noticed that many of the YT vids I posted above had 500K or 1M views.
They also have a website and probably have Instagram and other social media accounts.

How much of this is preaching to the choir, though? I wonder what The Lincoln Project does for outreach to others besides the decent media attention it's gotten.

They're pretty small but effective. I think it's about 20 disaffected Republicans that have gone viral.
The Lincoln Project Logo
OUR TEAM
The founders of the Lincoln project have spent over 200 years electing Republicans. But now, they’ve sparked a nationwide movement with a singular mission: To defeat Donald Trump and Trumpism.
OUR MISSION
Defeat President Trump and Trumpism
at the ballot box.
We do not undertake this task lightly nor from ideological preference. Our many policy differences with national Democrats remain. However, the priority for all patriotic Americans must be a shared fidelity to the Constitution and a commitment to defeat those candidates who have abandoned their constitutional oaths, regardless of party. Electing Democrats who support the Constitution over Republicans who do not is a worthy effort.

I would think that most of their target distribution is to GOP organizations rather than mass media. That's what I would be doing. I did see the Sam Elliot narrated one on national tv. I can't remember if that ad was Lincoln or Meidas though.

I'm partial to Sam. People say that I sound like him.

This could be very interesting. He says in the comments it could be today. I'd shit my pants if it was Kellyanne.

My guess is Mnuchin. He knows what's at stake and doesn't want to see all his money disappear. On top of that, he's one of the guys that got stiffed when trump defaulted on all those millions in loans for his big Chicago project back in the 90's.

Nah, he's got his tongue so far up trump's ass he's tasting mushrooms.

Probably gonna be a second tier peon like trump's bodyman or something.

Ok, my second choice is Don McGahn, former White House Counsel. But I still think Mnuchin isn't what he appears to be.
