Some of the comments ask if she is getting paid, because of Trump's reputation. If this is an example of her trial procedure expertise, I would question whether she deserves to be paid.

I dunno what Habba's idea is. I guess she want to be aggressive to stay on the good side of her client, but it's never good to appear incompetent or incapable. Courtroom litigation is performance art. The difficult lawyering has already been done to prepare the case. Good trial lawyers always appear in charge, knowing everything, surprised by nothing. Looking competent gives confidence to the client, respect from the judge and credibility to the jury. Fumbling over fundamentals like introducing or presenting evidence cannot possibly have positive benefits.
