Emmer is an "anything but", he's an election denier that voted to certify the results. Not sure if that's rational or not or by whose standards for that matter but it might be enough to garner enough no votes.
Don't know anything about Scott.

It's still a longshot but I'm starting to think Speaker Jefferies may be a possibility, probably after about a month or so with no funding.
