Re: Electoral Vote Predictions
That's good news, even if considered as early, potentially volatile projections. But it does seem to be a trend. I saw today that Iowa's Joni Ecch is down to a one-point difference and that Trump's running below GenDem. The good part is that Trump has very little opportunity to improve his standing, and lots of opportunity to screw up something else. Garontee it will get ugly, though. Trump may try to shoot Biden on Madison Avenue.

Yep, I mis-paraphrased him - maybe. He did in fact originally say "5th" but since he lies, I'd expect him to try to shoot GenDem somewhere else.

Will this be the October surprise?
Or maybe they have already been decided.

Re: Electoral Vote Predictions
Good website, I've saved it for ongoing reference. Thanks.
NC is “Likely Dem”!!!
TX is “Exactly tied”???!!!
If Biden wins NC and/or TX is in play I think he's POTUS.
Those states with 74 or more electoral votes will need to be found;
This method of states determining their electoral votes will have to survive any court challenges;
The states would have to follow through on assigning their electoral votes this way.

Possible, but IMO unlikely. Maybe 2024. Don't get me wrong, I've been a supporter of National Popular Vote for a long time. Nov 14, 2016:

The "winner of the electoral vote" already "wins the electoral college". I think this is what you mean:Ulysses wrote: ↑Mon May 04, 2020 8:57 pmWoo woo.
Just took a look at one of my favorite election websites, Electoral-Vote.com.
It is today predicting Biden pummelling Trump in the electoral college vote: 352-148.
Link: https://electoral-vote.com/
Granted, this prediction includes some 82 "Barely Dem" electoral votes. But, still... if this trend holds, then our prayers are to be answered: Donald J. Trump will be toast.
But ONLY if EVERYONE gets out and votes!
And if you think your vote won't make a difference because your state always votes Dem... think again... there's a process being pushed whereby the winner of the electoral vote automatically wins the electoral college as well. So if this process becomes reality, every vote will count.
For this to happen this year:

The National Popular Vote bill would guarantee the Presidency to the candidate who receives the most popular votes across all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Explanation. It has been enacted into law in 16 jurisdictions with 196 electoral votes (CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NM, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA). The bill will go into effect when enacted by states with an additional 74 electoral votes. See map.
