Majority of my adult life spent within minutes of the Atlantic ocean or Gulf. We don't do no spray tan.

It's an old but effective trick. In blue collar world, you pick up a tool and walk around with an annoyed expression on your face. No one questions it or talks to you.

A clipboard used to work, particularly if occasionally you look around and write something on the pad. Drives everybody nuts. Now you'd have to use a tablet or else you'd attract attention as a dinosaur.
