Cher's Response To Donald Trump's Presidential Announcement Is Perfectly Sassy

Earlier this week, Donald Trump announced his bid for presidency, which was met with plenty of criticism and mockery. But the best (and sassiest) response came from none other than Cher.

The 69-year-old icon took to Twitter to express her thoughts about the billionaire investor's big news, and she didn't hold back.
Cher
@cher

Donald Trump's ego is So inflated,he might
As well be the Hindenburg !
In Dictionary next to
"Obnoxious asshole"
See Photo of
"THE DONALD  "
She even answered questions from fans with the same brutal honesty we've come to love from the outspoken performer.

When asked if she'd ever take a picture with Trump as president, Cher responded, "I [sic] RATHER STICK NEEDLES IN MY EYES." When another follower asked her to choose between Trump and fellow Republican Ted Cruz, her response was just as frank: "That's like saying 'would you rather have a Migraine or Throw Up.'"

Can we vote Cher for President?

Ted Cruz Cracks Jokes On Gun Control Days After Charleston Shooting

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/06/2 ... lp00000592
You know the great thing about the state of Iowa is, I'm pretty sure you all define gun control the same way we do in Texas -- hitting what you aim at," Cruz said at a town hall meeting Friday in Red Oak.

Before a crowd of nearly 70 people, Cruz recalled a recent excursion to a gun range in New Hampshire that had fully automatic machine guns.
Glad to see he's packing them in to the rafters.

Idiot.

The ten declared GOP candidates:

Ted Cruz
Rick Perry
Marco Rubio
Carly Fiorina
Rand Paul
Ben Carson
Lindsey Graham
Mike Huckabee
George Pataki
Rick Santorum

And 4 undeclared GOP candidates:

Bobby Jindal
Scott Walker
Chris Christie
Jeb Bush

If I were voting in the GOP primary, I'd join the CPFers in supporting Ted Cruz because he has the least chance of winning the general. But, who do you think would make the best POTUS?

I really don't know much about Carly Fiorina. Of the rest, I have the least negative feelings about Marco Rubio and see some positives in a Latino POTUS, but maybe that's because I haven't really looked into him, either. Maybe George Pataki would be okay, too, not sure.

Doh, on both counts. That's what I get for momentarily thinking that anything remotely accurate comes out of CPF instead of assuming "BS!" and working from there. Can I blame my 12 hour shift today?

So, if we had to have a GOP POTUS, which one?

I can't believe I'm saying this, but "Rand Paul."
Why? Well, he's not such a panderer to the social issue right wing, and immediately upon becoming President he'll get a perspective on reality that he doesn't have as a Senator or candidate. Most Presidents have found once in office what they think they can do is heavily restricted. Most of the others are just nuts.

He would be interesting. Does he build a congressional coalition and legacy by being ideologically independent, or does he piss everyone off and not get a thing done? And, how beholden is he to the wingnuts?

His insensitivity is of Romney proportions. His cluelessness is Palinesque. His hucksterism is reminiscent of Trump. His sheer damned lunacy is on par with Bachmann.
He has everything it takes to be a TeaOP candidate.

You have to admire his Louisiana-esque flamboyance in screwing something up that he's been planning for years.

Was your old chief the one who lovingly nicknamed you the screen name you go by? Sounds like you two were very intimate.
You want to elaborate?

My old chief didn't like me. I wouldn't blow him. I bet your old chief really liked you. Really liked you.

With Jindal in the race that's 13 Republican candidates. Or as it’s also called, "A Banker’s Dozen."

Tell us again about your high school homosexual experience. It was such a reveling confession
