Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

I read something the other day that trump wants to have the government pay restitution to the family of the idiot Ashli Babbitt. The cult gushes in awe.

They could invent a new medal for it.....the Republican Medal of Stupid (RMS0 tgat wukk only one step below the Meaal of Honor. It's perfect; Republicans have been degrading and redefining honor, patriotism, and reality for more than two decades. They have been remarkably successful at it for some reason. I suspect it's due to rampant ignorance and twenty five years of Fox News. Terrible

Let's say those weren't real repugs. Let's say the real repugs were at the back of the mall celebrating with brats and beers and the troublemakers were Antifa militants pretending to be MAGAts. Shouldn't they still be in jail?
There is no volume measurement big enough to quantify the stupid of these people.

Stupid but also evil.
FBI Lawyers Say DOJ Can’t Be Trusted In Fight Over Jan. 6 List
The taste for retribution by the Trump White House is undeniable, according to one lawyer.

Attorneys for FBI agents who investigated the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol told a federal judge on Wednesday that they cannot trust that the Justice Department will not give their names to President Donald Trump purely so he can retaliate against them.

As a civil lawsuit against the DOJ has gone through the court system, the government has been consistently “vague” about what it intends to do with the list of the roughly 5,000 agents who investigated the 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol, attorney Margaret Donovan told U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb....
Yep, vindictive and childish PINO will harass and fire all 5,000.

Settled for less, but terrorism is still lucrative:

Ashli Babbitt's family to receive $5 million in settlement with Trump administration: Sources

They won the trailer park lottery.

Doge? DOGE? Where are you DOGE?

Comments under the article:
If Trump feels she was a big MAGA fan of his, let him pay out of his pocket. She broke the law and there are consequences for doing what she did. I do not want my tax dollars giving her a dime.
He should have to pay millions to each of the Capitol Police officers that were injured or died as a result of Jan. 6. The family of this psycho woman who dived through a window towards armed law enforcement deserves nothing.
Let em sue, it was all recorded
So, Is the Dept. of Government Efficiency going to claim a $25 million dollar savings for settling this lawsuit?
 :---P
No other administration would have settled this lawsuit because it had no merit. Ms Babbitt was killed due to her own illegal actions.
If not for the blatant lies of Donald J. Trump, this incident would not have occurred. Ashli Babbitt's actions were motivated by DJT's claims of voter fraud, a "stolen election". One could argue that she should have been smart enough to question the validity of Trump's claims before taking this extreme action, but she was just one of many who were duped by the former, and now current President. If anyone should be held accountable it's DJT, himself. During the course of the Jan. 6 hearings, even Ivanka Trump admitted under oath that there was no valid reason to declare voter fraud in the 2020 election. Donald Trump knew full well he was perpetuating a lie. It is only Trump's repeating of this lie and his supporter's delusions that keep this myth alive.
She received JUSTICE January 6th. Her family deserve nothing.
How much did the injured and killed officers get, Trumpie?
Anyone who is killed or imprisoned for attempting to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power should receive zero settlement. But clearly, the justice department has been corrupted by Trump.
Such a sham, she was there illegally, she disobeyed direct orders from law enforcement on site and she just kept coming. That is why she is dead.
NOT what our tax dollars should be spent on AT ALL

“After Trump pardoned us, the D.C. mayor wasn’t planning to let me out,” he said, explaining his Proud Boy mates were waiting outside the federal penitentiary and threatening to call in their members and start a mini J6 if he wasn’t released. Their motto is to “leave no man behind,” he exclaimed.

“Trump was circling above in a helicopter watching the scene of Proud Boys chanting, ‘Let him free,’” our neighbor explained to my mom.
I commend my husband for being able to separate my neighbor’s actions from the nice guy he is around our home. Part of me wishes I could do the same to unburden myself of this anxiety. But the idea of breaking bread with my neighbor after he took part in an effort to overthrow our government stresses me out even more. Far from my neighbor feeling remorse for his actions, he is victorious. I wouldn’t be able to swallow his nonsense, let alone food.
Yeah, well Hitler liked dogs.

These people were and are nothing but stupid redneck assholes who now feel empowered because of the shit trump says and does. Hell, I suppose a lot of them think they're bulletproof after being pardoned for stomping Capitol cops, breaking and entering, seditious conspiracy, going off the diet...whatever. They now feel no restraint. No telling what they'll do next. I've already read of a couple of them getting arrested after being pardoned. Idioits. Fish slap emoji

Being the 2nd Bumble moron is even worse:
Texas man told Bumble match of his involvement in Capitol riot, Justice Department says

... Andrew Quentin Taake, 32, of Houston, is accused of pepper-spraying and assaulting police officers who were trying to prevent rioters from entering the building, federal authorities said. Taake is charged with assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers, obstruction of an official proceeding, among other charges, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Back in February. I don't think we posted about it along with the several other J6 traitors who have been arrested post-pardon.
Houston man pardoned by Trump arrested on child sex charge
Andrew Taake received a six-year sentence for assaulting officers on Jan. 6. He was arrested Thursday on an outstanding charge of soliciting a minor.

... Taake’s release was condemned by Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare, who said that his office had faxed a copy of Taake’s outstanding warrant to the Federal Bureau of Prisons five days before he was pardoned. After about two weeks on the lam, Taake was located and arrested at a residence in Leon County, Texas, the Harris County DA said Thursday.
DonOLD and the BoP endanger children and the public.
... But many — including at least 37 Texans — were charged with assault or other violent crimes. Others were members of extremist groups or militias, including Stewart Rhodes, the former Granbury resident and leader of the OathKeepers militia who was sentenced to 18 years in federal prison after a jury found him guilty of seditious conspiracy. Dozens more, including Taake, had prior convictions or pending charges for crimes such as rape, sexual abuse of a minor, domestic violence or production of child sexual abuse material, NPR reported last month.

... Texans played key roles in the insurrection. They helped craft Trump’s attempts to overturn election results and were crucial to mainstreaming baseless election fraud conspiracies. On Jan. 6, a Texan was the first person to break into the Capitol, and Texas lawmakers have been among the loudest defenders of the riot and those involved in it.
 For at least the second time in our history Texans engage in mass treason, now abetted by TACO Don.

I saw and read that story on yahoo this morning. At least she came to her senses and left the cult. No telling how many others may have seen the light if they'd served their sentences. Now they feel the cult (and themselves) to be invincible.
