and what is a "Georgia caliber program"? I always thought they, and to a large part bammer, were just another sec school. It's only been a few years since uga was just another school from the sec least - so-called because nearly every team in the sec west was way better than any team the least side.
I'll have to look it up again, but I believe we play something like 6 from the top 12 before a bowl game. It will be a tough schedule, but should be some fun (possibly embarrassing) games to watch, but if we win, it won't be because we stacked our schedule

Yeah, lopsided spreads or offline for most. Only 2 games with a top 25 team and a less than 13 point spread.billy.pilgrim wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 6:22 amIt's here, or it's almost here
3 1/2 weeks to Miami at Floriduh and the next week brings several good games along with a bunch of lopsided opener games.
Go:
#19 Wisconsin -13 @South Florida
South Alabama +36 @#24 Nebraska
Duke +35 @#2 Alabama,

@#25 Stanford -6.5 Northwestern
On paper the best game of the week:
#11 Oregon +3.5 @#16 Auburn Big Damn Plain Blue PMS Tigers
Winner automatically becomes part of the playoff discussion. Go Ducks!

Always strikes me as a little strange that lower ranked Auburn is picked so often against a higher ranked opponent.

Re: College football
I thought hard about switching to South Florida when the spread dropped to 11 after the Yahoo! spread closed, but stuck with Wisconsin to keep one of them ranked. Wisconsin 49-0, whew. It should jump in the polls.
I hated picking gymnast-molesting @#18 Michigan St -23, but they were playing Tulsa.

I'm tied with 12 for 6th out of 19 at 1-1. Only 2 of us went 0-2.
