Morton the Mortician
Poor 'ol Boatrocker dies in a fire and his body is pretty badly burned.
The morgue sends for his two best friends, rstrong and Vrede to identify the body.
Vrede arrives first, and when the mortician pulls the sheet back, Vrede says
"his face is burned up pretty bad, you better turn him over."
The mortician rolls him over and Vrede says "Nope, this isn't Boatrocker".
The mortician thinks this is strange!
Then, rstrong is brought in to identify the body.
He takes a look at the body's face and says "his face is too badly burned, roll him over".
The mortician rolls him over and rstrong says "Nope, this isn't Boatrocker."
The flustered mortician then asks "How can you tell by looking at the back of the body?"
rstrong says "Boatrocker had two assholes".
"What? He had two assholes?" exclaims the mortician.
"Yep, every time we three went to town together, folks would say
'Here comes Boatrocker with his two assholes'.."

I agree with one of the comments that said there should be no religious exceptions for rules such as driver's license pics, etc. IF there is a sound reason for restricting headgear in the pics, it should be universal - or, conversely, if there can be exceptions, then maybe the rule isn't necessary and anybody can wear whatever headdress they want. Nice set of horns, though. Very realistic. And no more ridiculous than a lot of other more common religiouswear.
