... During the hours-long search, in the dark of night, a potential rescuer shouted Mutlu's name. It was then that he realized the search party was looking for him. "Who are we looking for? I am here," he reportedly said....
... According to the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office, 24-year-old Deotis Gray was arrested on a charge of murder, after he allegedly opened fire at the party outside Waco with an AK-47 rifle, KXXV reported.
Scotty Stephens, 25, was killed.
Stephens was the intended target, Sheriff Parnell McNamara told KAMC, and his killing may be connected to a previous shooting in Waco....
Chaos ensued as shots rang out, and in addition to being shot, Stephens was run over by a vehicle trying to escape the fray, McNamara told KWTX....
Intentionally shot + accidentally run over = a really bad day.
If it turns out that the vehicle killed Stephens, is Deotis Gray innocent of murder?
So here's a completely new one I haven't experienced before.. I just met someone from one of the online dating sites and this person pulls up a background check they ran on me and my family members from https://backgroundcheckrepair.org/. This lovely person then proceeded to read off things that were on my brothers report and then they ask me if I think my families behavior was acceptable... WHAT! I can't make this stuff up!
What a strange post for a newbie on a board.
Eamus Catuli~AC 000000000101010202020303010304 020405....Ahhhh, forget it, it's gonna be a while.

Well, I guess you'll know next time to give them a false name. I also ran a check on you and your brother. You're lucky.
A man has been rescued after being trapped inside the walls of a theatre in Syracuse, New York state. Firefighters were called at about 07:30 local time (11:30 GMT) after someone was heard banging on the wall and pleading for help. It is believed the man was stuck inside a crawlspace for two days.
Rescuers cut through the theatre's walls and found him naked, local media said. He is being treated at a local hospital. In a statement on Facebook, Syracuse fire department said it was not clear how he'd gained access to the crawlspace behind the wall.
Speaking to Syracuse.com, a local news outlet, Landmark Theatre director Mike Intaglietta said the man had been seen wandering around the building earlier in the week. Employees who saw him lost track of his location and assumed he had left, Mr Intaglietta recalled. "I don't know if he was entering to keep warm or to use the bathroom. I don't know," he added.
John Kane, deputy chief of Syracuse fire department, told local US media that the man hid in a crawlspace for two days and became trapped after he fell inside the wall of the theatre's male bathrooms. Police said the man appeared to be suffering from a mental illness and would not be charged or identified.
Bomb disposal experts were called to a hospital in Gloucester, England after a man told doctors that there was a World War II anti-tank shell lodged inside of him, authorities said.
... The item had already been removed by doctors by the time the bomb squad arrived, the spokesperson added, and the EOD confirmed that the shell was "not live" and "therefore not a danger to the public."
The Sun was first to report that the unnamed patient told doctors at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital that he "slipped and fell" on the two-inch-wide artillery shell.
... The British newspaper Metro reported that procedures to remove objects from patients' rectums cost the National Health Service (NHS) around £340,000 ($450,000) a year.
Once had a 50-ish patient, not a Floridian, that had put a balloon up his penis. It broke. Sent him off to surgery. Later, the recovery room nurse dropped off the surgery keys as she always did at night, but much later than usual. Before she made it out the door I realized why and said, "Interesting case, wasn't it?"
She turned and exclaimed, "It was yellow, I won the bet!" and strutted triumphantly out the door.
On this side with the little suction cups my bathmat reads, "This Side Down".
Duh.
The suction cup cartel has been fucking us for decades. They could easily get by with just four moderately sized suction cups; one on each corner of the mat. But instead they inundate the mat with as many of the little ones they can cram on there. It's a money racket. I've been known to roam bath mat aisles with an exacto knife slicing off excess suction cups as an act of protest.
My mother would not allow count chocula cereal in the house.
My mom had similar reasoning and used it to ban Pokemon, Harry Potter, unicorns, anything with a skull on it, crazy bones, power rangers, and a whole lot more. She also made me close my eyes when I walked past the store Hot Topic as a kid. The bans mostly affected my older brother and I who grew up in the late 90s/early 00's but she calmed down when my younger brothers were kids. Funnily enough my older brother and I are atheist while my youngest is now super Catholic.
And don't even get me started on Harry Potter...
Same, anything Disney was the devil. Also D&D was an evil satanic ritual disguised as a game….
My mum at least had more logic reasons to not let me watch those, like fearing I would start yelling to power up or doing the power ranger's dances
My mom wouldn’t let us watch Catdog because it was an abomination haha
