Minnesota District 05 2020 Race
Candidate/ Raised/ Spent/ Cash on Hand/ Last Report
Ilhan Omar (D) • Incumbent: $2,960,959/ $1,422,360/ $1,593,427/ 12/31/2019
Lacy Johnson (R): $476,649/ $379,278/ $97,371/ 12/31/2019
Antone Melton-Meaux (D): $260,126/ $30,604/ $229,522/ 12/31/2019
Chris Kelley (Independence Party): $221,786/ $198,926/ $22,860/ 12/31/2019
Danielle Stella (R): $80,587/ $56,328/ $24,259/ 12/31/2019
Alley Waterbury (R): $6,168/ $5,160/ $0/ 01/31/2020
Lucia Vogel (R): $539/ $499/ $40/ 12/31/2019
The $476,649 raised by Lacy Johnson (R) might seem ominous, but Omar won the general with 78% of the vote.
https://ballotpedia.org/Minnesota%27s_5 ... tion,_2020
She and Stella are scams to pick the pockets of butthurt, bigoted and way gullible Repugs.
The biggest threat to Omar likely comes from Antone Melton-Meaux (D), who I know nothing about, in the primary. Thanks to butthurt, bigoted Repugs Omar has raised 11.4 x as much money as Melton-Meaux, though.
The wild card here is Chris Kelley (Independence Party) and his $221,786 raised. The Independence Party is “formerly the Reform Party of Minnesota … It was the party of former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura (1999–2003).”
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Independe ... _Minnesota
It’s "fiscally conservative and socially liberal." A GUESS is that Kelley hurts Johnson (R) more than Omar.

Words matter. Dems aren't wordsmiths or don't seem to try. Which is best - Obamacare or the ACA? Words matter to our bumper sticker mentality.
Just like the old Macdonald nursery rhyme introduced hundreds of millions to the happy sing song times ahead at McDonald's, the Independence party is all about those voters who are so fucking stupid that they think signing up describes their independent status.

Not so unlike a Karen, the Stellas of the world flex with their own kinda of stupid.

"featured in the video is paediatrician and minister Stella Immanuel from Houston, who claims that the cure for COVID-19 is “hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and Zithromax” and that she has treated 350 people with this concoction."
"The Daily Beast also looked into Immanuel’s previous claims. In sermons and articles on her website, she blames “spirit wives” and “spirit husbands” for issues like endometriosis, cysts, infertility and impotence. She blames demonic spirits on any number of health concerns and financial problems. More specifically, she blames their demonic sperm, which they spread when they have sex with humans when they dream."
“They turn into a woman and then they sleep with the man and collect his sperm,” Immanuel said in one sermon, according to the Daily Beast. “Then they turn into the man and they sleep with a man and deposit the sperm and reproduce more of themselves.”
"In a 2015 sermon, she described an Illuminati plan to destroy the world using, among other things, gay marriage, children’s toys and abortion. The same sermon claimed that alien DNA was used in medical treatments, and that shows like Pokemon, Wizards of Waverly Place and That’s So Raven are designed to introduce children to witches."
"A different sermon posted to YouTube claimed that scientists have “found the gene in somebody’s mind that makes you religious, so they can vaccinate against it,” and Immanuel also believes that politicians are at least part-reptilian. Recently, she tweeted a video urging Dr. Anthony Fauci — Trump’s longtime coronavirus task force lead medic — and CNN hosts to send her their urine samples, to prove they’re not taking hydroxychloroquine."

I've already seen the video of her and other "doctors" shared three times on Facebook. People used it as proof we're being lied to about the coronavirus.billy.pilgrim wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 6:04 pmNot so unlike a Karen, the Stellas of the world flex with their own kinda of stupid.

You can literally spend less than 30 seconds googling the doctor in the video and find the stuff you posted.
People only want to hear what "proves" their opinions.

I've learned the hard way not to trust anything someone named Stella says. One of the demon women I had demon sex with was named Stella. I thought she said her name was "Stellar" and that she only had an accent but she was actually the demon sperm repository Stella.
