That's not the question at all. No law enforcement agency from Yeehaw Junction's Barney to federal Marshals, and yes, including DEA and ICE, is totally unrestrained in how they enforce the law, even if ICE does pretend that no laws pertain to them. Absent a warrant and a specific mission, ICE can't just insist on being let into the stadium to get a free view of the game just because they say "we're ICE and we're here to help you."

Maybe not just "into the stadium", which I'm not sure that Friendly Fire Barbie and her "non"cuckolder Corey have threatened, anyhow. Under some circumstances I believe that the owners can refuse to allow ICE onto the premises (parking lot, train station, walkways) at all without a warrant. It might be difficult to get that warrant since, as you say people pay thousands for tix. Not many undocumented are likely to be there except for a handful of drug dealers and some longtime resident successful businesspersons.

Otoh, the World Cup next year is going to be a mess - Jackboots harassing patrons at multiple venues across the country. The only way to avoid them will be to attend games in Canada and/or Mexico.
