Had a friend who worked from home who bought one over a hundred years old way down south past Cape May Court house near the water but don't remember the name of the town. He restored it a few rooms at a time over about ten years period. He got it pretty cheap but he but lots into it. Lost track of him a few years back when I left NJ but I think he still lives there.

What made that discussion so funny was the the Colonel (or maybe that was when he was till the Det.) exited on his tangent when he missed that some of us (I in particular) was talking about immigrant farm workers and he jumped to all the Mexicans (but not immigrant farm workers) he's known who made lots of money. Yeah once you get below A/C along the coast it's much nicer because there are less people and much more homy. I still own a piece of property in Atlantic County in the area of half million dollar homes but the Pinelands Association has implemented restrictions making it worthless right now. Well that"s NJ.
