yep, last year I had asked 2 of my docs about doing anything remotely. no way, never, never, too risky, can't be done, they said.
I have a Zoom appointment next week with one of them.

I could not get my MD's obscure video app working, and would have had to use a dinky phone, anyhow. So, we had a 25 minute telephone appt yesterday. I still have to go in for a lab draw in 3 weeks and in-person completion of my annual physical a few days later, but I liked that we got so much done safely. I do need the labs, but if we have to cancel the rest of the physical exam for some reason, no biggie to me.

I'm not doing the requested labs for next week. I had a blood draw several weeks ago that should be good enough. The out patient waiting was not something I want to do until this is over. I did learn that if I suspect Coronavirus they will do testing in the parking lot.

Not sure if they are testing saliva or blood.

MD said something about the lab techs making folks wait in the parking lot and calling us in one at a time for the blood draw. Fine by me. I'll also wear a mask and gloves. Not sure what made me save my unused N95s, but I'm glad that I did. I'm leaving my used one on the dash. As long as a couple of days pass, it should be safe to reuse.

I also had an unopened box of gloves, hah!
