I think we should take up a collection and have Rudy make a video for us saying how "I want to thank all my great friends over at Blue Ridge Debate who knew I was full of shit the whole time. I don't agree with them but I'll take their money. That's how I roll."
Great minds . . . I thought of that, but not what it would say - brilliant.
I also thought that 3 or more seemingly innocuous vids could be spliced together to create something humiliating for Rudy, former PINO and/or others. But, the price is steep and they humiliate themselves better than we can manufacture, anyhow.
Yeah, he does a pretty fair job of humiliating himself on his own. I just thought it would be funny, and worth it, for him to sort of confess to be a dumbass. For the price of a month without beer I can have Rudy grovel like the shithead he is.
A strong argument can be made that Rudy hasn't practiced actual law in decades.
And another strong argument can be made that Rudy has practiced breaking the law for the past several years. The sniveling bastard has gone from prosecuting organized crime in the 90's to engaging in organized crime; nay, not engaging in it, but wallowing in it. And I take pride in the fact that I predicted weeks ago that trump would not pay Rudy for his "services" and this has evidently proven out. I like it.
... This week, Rudy Guiliani was revealed on The Masked Singer, and let's just say it was super cringey and awkward.
After the former mayor of New York and attorney for former President Trump took off his mask, judge Ken Jeong said, "I'm done."
He then walked off, as Guiliani continued his rendition of "Bad to the Bone" by George Thorogood and the Destroyers.
Guiliani is a controversial figure for a number of reasons. His house was recently raided by the FBI for being associated with the people who pressured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Joe Biden, whom Trump was then running against. He also had his law license revoked in New York for “demonstrably false and misleading statements” about the 2020 election.
What's even more awkward is how into it judges Nicole Scherzinger and Jenny McCarthy seemed to be. Like, they loved it?
McCarthy is an antivaxxer wingnut, so no surprise. Otoh, Scherzinger is mixed race and part Ukrainian. Disgusting.
People on Twitter praised Ken:
We really have failed as a society.
Jenny McCarthy being unabashedly pro-Giuliani, Robin Thicke and Nicole Scherzinger standing around smiling cluelessly, and Ken Jeong wanting no part of this shit, seems like a good representation of the electorate. Also illustrative of why Republicans keep winning elections.
And they also condemned FOX for featuring Guiliani:
Disbarred Rudy Giuliani is a liar, a traitor, a democracy-hating insurrectionist, a saboteur of Ukraine and an all around creep. He should be in prison, not receiving favorable PR on FOX. I will not be watching The Masked Singer in the future, ever.
