Santorum defended his assertions by saying that "the Obama Department of Justice seems to favor pornographers over children and families," and that department's insufficiency to prosecute the porn industry "proves his point."[224] He then mentioned that Obama has not put a priority on tackling the porn industry, therefore "putting children at risk as a result of that."[224] In a position paper circulated in March 2012, Santorum said he would order his attorney general to "vigorously enforce" existing laws that "prohibit distribution of hardcore (obscene) pornography on the Internet, on cable/satellite TV, on hotel/motel TV, in retail shops and through the mail or by common carrier."[225]

Funny you mention a lawyer. Had my SUV totaled by some old jack ass jerking his dog off while driving thru town. His attorney (ins co) is trying to say his client wasn't at fault. Is all I want is my SUV replaced not one thing more and my glasses replaced. We had some kind of little hearing and every time there lawyer lied which was every time his lips moved I reminded him of the truth. Boy was she pissed.
