"eluded (sic) to"? Yet another English fail.
How could I have noticed an allusion that came after my "He didn't say "ladies", nttawwt," post? Yet another Logic fail.

Yet another Logic fail. You're going to have to stop failing Logic, then.
Yep, I mis-splelled conluded. Damn spel-check.

That's what they do, even if they're driving an old beat up clunker. 40K ain't much when it comes to vehicles these days. I went truck-a-lookin' not long ago . . . geeze Louise! Anywhere from 40 to 80 grand for a half-ton pick-up! I saw an ad for a GMC Denali on TV the other day where they were advertising up to $5000 off the $59,150 sticker . . . damn!
Anyway, back to the missionaries: I don't know; maybe you should of asked them.

Could be one of them saw you in the ABC store, nttawwt.

It's a good time to share the good news about the FSM.
I was in a bad mood and temporarily became an edgy teenager, so when she asked what we could do to stop violence in the world I told her getting rid of dogmatic religion would be a start. So edgy :/

The jumping jehovas used to stop by to drop off literature and save my soul quite often until about 15 years ago when I told the children to get a real education when they were old enough to get away. The adults stepped in front of the kids and all ran away without even leaving their lighthouse bs.
god must have put some sort of mark on my lamp post, as they now skip my house.
Was it dunald, or one of the others who referenced blood on the lamp posts as a sign from god (to begin 40 years of rape, murder and pilage of the ME.)

No need; you had already done your part.
Waking people up by knocking on their doors on weekend mornings isn't about converting them; it's about getting hostile responses. Which teaches the younger people in their group what a hostile, evil, unwelcoming world it is, should they ever consider leaving the church.

Yep; you nailed it. Outside the church IS a hostile, evil, unwelcoming world. To see the truth in that, they can begin by reading this thread.
Of course, this is a milder version of what a hostile, evil, unwelcoming world really is.

Says the most proudly homophobic, racist, xenophobic, delusional, hostile person around. Which sums up that argument perfectly.
Me hostile . . .? That's a frickin' laugh!
Now . . . post a quote where I've made a comment with any of those qualities.
You know damn well that what I said above is absolutely true.
The fact you fucked up with your remark that I quoted has you on the defense. Dumb ass. Go eat some more crow.

Yup. The Republican candidates most anxious to declare themselves the protectors or Christianity are inevitably the ones shaking their pom-poms for torture, carpet bombing, homophobia, misogyny, xenophobia and the rest.

Yeah, this is true. Being hostile only reaffirms their position that the outside world is evil and hostile. I need to order some Islamic pamphlets or something to hand them when they try to hand me theirs, and do so with a smile.

A friend of mine who's a Baptist told a JW once that he would listen to his spiel if the JW would sit down and afford him equal time. That ended that.

Now I'm all guilty feeling.
