I would worry about that playing into his perpetual victim, 'law and order' whine, and even wonder if that's what he's hoping for by resuming rallies. If I were deciding, I would hold counter-rallies/marches nearby at the same time and with larger crowds.

I'd rather see Americans exercise their first amendment rights and the asshole shouted off the stage with protest chants, although with trumpaloons it would hardly be peaceful.

How do they screen them? You sign up with an email or cellphone number on their website and they text you a ticket. I've done it to try and take up a space, they just hugely overbook to defeat that strategy. The downside is they have your email or cell number but a throw away email and call blockers can take care of that.
