Ex President* Trump

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

I remember Leo posting in the past about letting folks go instead of arresting them for chickenshit stuff. And I always tipped my hat to him for it.

First thing this morning I had an email from Donald trump Jr titled "Woke mob wanted my shirts cancelled. So I made MORE." Well, that did it. I had to reply as so: "Fuck you Donny. With any luck you'll soon be broke and in prison just like your idiot father." I guess I got on their list quite some time ago (when daddy idiot was still president) when I signed up for some kind of bullshit plea for supporters to donate money to them. All I ever did was send them hate mail, though. This only proves that they don't read any of their messages but only suck up the money.
Opps! I should have given this post additional context. The fool made up shirts saying "Guns don't kill people; Alec Baldwin kills people."

I hope he shoots his dick off and bleeds to death while trying to load his elephant gun. Then I'll have some shirts made about it.

Oh, we could probably dredge up some issues to bicker about, but I don't think that I ever thought that you are stupid, dishonest or dishonorable. Ultimately, that matters more.

I saw this piece about dumb-shit Trump and had to post it.

https://currently.att.yahoo.com/news/am ... 37706.html

When I was occasionally posting on Facebook, I would piss of the Trumpidiots who posted
"but he did so much for our country" bullshit by replying that the son-of-a bitch did more
TO our country than he ever helped it. If any help was realized, it was to the rednecks
and lowlifes who delighted in his bullying and cheap shots at others; an attribute that raised his
popularity to the less educated.

Honestly don't think the country would've survived another four years.

I'm not all that confident about this four years. After all, 45SHOLE was as much a symptom as a disease.

They were shooting for herd hominy but only the bottom of the barrel caught the fever. But those are a potent force that have been tentatively and cautiously adopted, prodded, and exploited by the "normal" version of the party. They've bought the ticket and have to take the ride. This will have no end unless and until the Republican party forcefully purges it. I don't think they will.

I'm not wishing him any bad luck or anything, but I hope that something happens that would render
him unable to run for another term should he choose to do so.
America doesn't need another 4 years of lies, deceit, bullying, and self-promotion.

Agree, we still haven't fully recovered and it's not like there's smooth sailing ahead. He set us back bigly.

I actually wish him the worst without reservation.

There was so much crazy we've become numb.

I wish someone would set up a website "On this Day X Years Ago Trump Did....."

It'd be a great collective reminder.

Devil's advocate: It MIGHT be better for America and the world if he ran and lost - easier to symbolically bury him and Trumpism for good.

Sadly, if he does run he'll most likely get the Republican nomination, but he probably won't declare until he sees how the mid terms go and if he's indicted or not (though that won't necessarily be a deal killer). In the meantime he will rake in the $$ as best he can.

Prepare for the absolute shit show of a general election if he runs. Dems better have a strong candidate.

If the Dems lose to Dolt .45 America might deserve him. Oh well, there's always Belize, Baja, Canada or the (post Duterte) Philippines.

My hearing is shaky. I struggle enough with accents, learning a new language might be too much of a pain. I do speak some Spanish, but comprehending enough for real conversation is a pain.

Most people speak English. You'd get by.

Absolute waste of a perfectly good piano,
unless they get one at Goodwill.
