The 'Prime Effect' needs to hit CU's parking enforcement. Several Colorado Buffaloes football players have complained about issues parking around Folsom Field with limited solutions. 
While this isn't a new problem and has been ongoing the greater part of a decade, there needs to be changes. Even Deion Sanders himself has been ticketed for parking outside the Champion Center.

Many players have complained about the enforcement, including Cam'Ron Silmon-Craig who has paid thousands of dollars in parking tickets. BuffsBeat was told about several incidents over the summer with cars being booted and towed around the facility.
