Since the alleged victim is 15-years-old, it's quite possible. Pedophiles (Mr.B fails definitions, again) that prey on pre-adolescent boys or girls are far more likely to be hetero than gay, while those that prey on adolescents are more likely to do so according to their true orientation. Otoh, his being a volunteer auxiliary police officer might have more do with his being a predator than his sexuality, but Mr.B only obsesses about male gayness. Also, the article doesn't say that the alleged victim is a Boy Scout, that's just Mr.B filling in the story with his own fantasies.

Probably the psychologists could find it interesting that an otherwise funny generic blonde joke wasn't posted to "just for fun" and instead added to "homophobic" with the unnecessary setting in a "lesbian bar."

Tell the same joke, leave out that part, and it's still exactly the same. Blind guy walks into a bar. Has a drink and announces he has a blonde joke. Bartender says, "you might want to know that (MMA blonde here, body builder blonde there...etc.) Same punch line. No homophobia.
