It turns out that black babies are cheaper than monkeys. Don’t believe me, just read this report by Reuters. This is why black babies are being used as lab rats to test a bio-weapons grade anthrax vaccine. In the time of a black president {ahem}, a presidential ethics panel (you read that right) is the panel who concluded that black babies could be used for the testing.

Until we secure the border any plan is just smoke and mirrors. I suggest taking tractors with large bush hogs and mowing a 200 yard wide strip that follows the border, place towers along this strip every 400 yards, with markers at 200 yards between them, staff said towers with personnel proficient in the use of rifles and equip them with rifles and night vision scopes. If you make it across the bush hogged strip...welcome to America. However, I'm willing to bet that stacking up a few dozen like cord wood would cut down the numbers of those willing to attempt it!
