Trump

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

Bunch of cops watching the assault and did nothing, racist crowd cheering and pig trump delighting in egging it on.
If cops always tackled the victim instead of the perp their job would be a lot easier.

I went to a wallace rally in Opelika alabama in 68; those people were so much more civilized than these scum.

I've turned a corner on trump. He has been laughable until now. Seeing the cops (pigs) watching and ignoring (condoning) this assault is past anything I thought I would ever see.

"You bet I liked it, knocking the hell out of that big mouth... He's not acting like an American, cussing me... He deserved it. The next time we see him, we might have to kill him. We don't know who he is. He might be with a terrorist organization."
- Trump supporter John McGraw, arrested for sucker-punching a protester at a Trump rally

That's quite the following your incoming god-king is attracting.

All this makes me wish I had partied more and flunked out of school in 69.

Will enough black voters vote for a trumpet/sleepy ticket, simply because sleepy is black, to elect Hair Trump.

Trump picking a black VP is possible, but I don't think blacks like Carson much and having a ticket with zero government experience may be too bizarre even for Trump. Plus, MD is not a swing state.

Don't they both live in Florida

Not that presents and vp living in the same state mattered in 2000

Trump lives in NY & FL. You're right, Carson moved to FL in 2013. Cheney was WY & his VP was TX.

That would make for an interesting interview question.

"Mr. Trump, you said that Ben Carson has an incurable pathological disease and compared him to a child molester. Then you chose him as your running mate, suitable to run the country. Could you please explain that?"

ain't the google amazing

looks like he did live in texas but "intended" to not live there

U.S. District Judge Sidney Fitzwater, a Republican appointed by President Reagan, ruled that Cheney has proven he "has both a physical presence within the state of Wyoming and the intent that Wyoming be his place of habitation."

like this ahole is creditable

nominated to be a United States District Judge by President Ronald Reagan. Fitzwater's nomination sparked controversy in part because of allegations raised at his confirmation hearing about alleged voter intimidation in African-American neighborhoods in south Dallas, Texas during the unsuccessful 1982 re-election campaign of Texas Gov. Bill Clements.[2][3]

He addressed the allegations at his confirmation hearing by apologizing and by asserting that he was not aware that he was asked to place signs—reading "You Can Be Imprisoned" and giving vague descriptions of campaign violations—only in black neighborhoods in south Dallas.

Remember, "living" in Texas was a tax dodge. Texans didn't pay a state income tax. President Bush I, despite owning and living in a house in Kennebunkport, Maine, claimed a Houston hotel room as his home.

Doonesbury did a series of strips back in the day about it, including one with an "application for residency" inviting readers to claim they were Texans to avoid paying a state income tax.
