I was ready to respond to her snootiness by saying that all she's done is marry well, but Brittany Mahomes has her own modest accomplishments. Between community property, alimony, child support and her own initiative I'm pretty sure she'd land on her feet if they split.

Good on Patrick. Unless an athlete is willing to put in the work to be a well-informed activist it's better to stfu. He seems pretty genial. I wonder if her abrasiveness gets on his nerves.

Surely this can't be the first time she's ever said something positive about Trump, so Patrick and likely Taylor would be aware. But it never mattered much until she goes online with it. I doubt it's going to be fatal to their marriage, and maybe not forever fatal to Taylor's friendship, but I wouldn't be surprised if Patrick sat her down like he did with her and the brother to say he doesn't want to have to deal with it. And I'm guessing Taylor's gonna need some public distance. Looking at Taylor's public history, though, she's pretty loyal to her friends - at least until they get her involved in their drama. Blake Lively has been taking piles of crap left and right lately and Taylor hasn't dumped her. On the other hand, public support for Trump may be a little past the line. Would be for me.

If Orlovsky really feels "bamboozled," it's on him (and anyone else who felt there was a competition). "Pole position" was an oft-used description by Tomlin for Wilson this offseason. Tomlin never made it sound as if Fields was truly a candidate for the starting job.
